Marc Leduc

After earning my degrees in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, I quickly discovered a passion for income-producing real estate. I’ve always been comfortable with numbers and enjoy using them strategically.

My passion for real estate led me to start a property management company, where I managed a portfolio of over 300 units. Through acquisition strategies and financial mathematics, I’ve helped many people build a solid real estate portfolio. One of my clients even grew from 2 units to over 900 units.

Although my passion is income-generating real estate, I also find great fulfillment in residential real estate, since buying and selling a home is always a significant milestone in people’s lives, and playing a role in that is extremely rewarding for me.

Always striving to improve, I invest a lot of time and money in continuing education. I attend numerous seminars and events, and I invest over $10,000 a year to provide top-tier consulting services.

I love guiding my clients through their first steps in real estate, and I understand that this initial direction is crucial for ensuring significant growth in their assets and improving their quality of life.

I started my journey in real estate before becoming a broker, and the service I received was mediocre. I was often left without answers or with vague explanations.

That’s why I make sure to always answer my clients’ questions clearly and explain what I do and why I do it, so that you fully understand where we’re going and in which direction, and that we move forward together toward that goal. I also want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision, because your well-being is my priority.

I don’t want you to simply become my client; I want you to become my friend, because losing a client can happen, but losing a friend is much more significant. That’s why I encourage people—my friends—to contact me at any time, no matter what their questions are, and to feel comfortable doing so just as they would with a friend.

MY VALUES

If you know me, you’ve already gotten a sense of who I am. I am fully dedicated to what I do; I have a passion for real estate, as well as a strong commitment to providing every client with the best possible service. If this resonates with you, read on to learn more about who I am as a real estate agent and as a person.

Loyalty

Above all else, I am loyal. I believe in loyalty to my clients, because without them, I would be nothing. I am committed to defending and protecting their interests to the best of my ability and knowledge. I am loyal to myself and to these core values, because they shape me and define what I believe makes me successful.

Going the Extra Mile

I always go the extra mile for clients and colleagues. I strive to consistently exceed people’s expectations in everything I do, and I do so with enthusiasm. I strive to impress people with my exceptional customer service. This isn’t just something I say—it’s something I do, and my daily actions reflect it.

Being Disciplined

I am motivated to stay on track with my goals and get the job done. I am driven and focused on myself and my progress, from the big picture down to the smallest details of every task I undertake. I am strong enough to take responsibility, and I can be counted on to consistently get the job done, exceeding the expectations set for me.

Building Positive Relationships

I strive to build positive and enjoyable relationships, and I know that success depends on these relationships. Successful companies and individuals rely on positive, high-quality relationships. By constantly striving to build strong relationships with everyone we meet, we create deep connections and friendships, and ultimately, we build lifelong customers and brand loyalty. We may lose a customer, but we can never lose a friend.

Always Learning

I am always learning and strive to improve my services and knowledge. I believe we must take the time to learn things on our own to improve ourselves personally and enhance our performance. I strive to improve every day and constantly push myself to grow personally.

Being Fair

I always give more than I take. I always put others before individual rewards. I always do what is right and make decisions based on what is morally just. I do not seek personal gain from what I do or the decisions I make; instead, I make decisions based on what is best for others.
